MOSFET-ul IRF9520PBF este un tranzistor puternic P‑Channel (imbunatatit), ideal pentru aplicatii de comutatie si control polarizare negativa in surse, invertori sau regulatoare de tensiune. Este construit pe tehnologie HEXFET, cu comutare rapida, rezistenta foarte scazuta la conductivitate si stabilitate termica ridicata.
